Black-colored panels on the Enphase app indicate that no power is being produced. This typically suggests that the microinverters are not communicating with the gateway. Communication outages may be caused by poor power line communications, or they may be caused by DC voltage that has slipped below the level required to turn on the inverter. Inverters that are not powered on will not communicate with the Envoy. Check Enlighten or use the Envoy interface to see if the affected inverter shows an event.
